Postage / Shipping

All product will be securely wrapped and covered for transport.- Handling and freight charges are included in the shipping cost. DHL International Air Freight is our preferred international freight carrier. However small orders of 1.5 kg or less will be delivered via standard postal servcies. Packaging & Handling cost still apply. Again all items will be securely wrapped and water tight. Delivery times can vary from 7-21 working days depending on your country and location. Please allow this time unless you require an urgent delivery which we are happy to arranged by Urgent Shipping Email Requests .If delivery is delayed beyon 21 days PLEASE IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY OUR SALES TAM

Loss or damage to your product is covered by freight insurance up to US $125. For parcels up to US $750.00 an additional fee can be arranged by email to insure against loss or damage. Click here for Additional Freight Insurance.

All shipping / freight charges are purely based on weight. In the future we hope to offer a comprehensive freight model based on worldzones to improve efficiencies with our service. Again in the future we hope to offer heavily reduced freight charges as part of a customer reward system being developed at VHR.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept returns. Return product will be refunded within 20 days from receipt of your merchandise when the simple criteria below is completed

• Returns are securely packaged in watertight packaging.

• Proof of purchase included with return [proof of purchase is send from VHR with original order]

• Return product will be refunded in total minus non discounted freight charges accrued with the original delivery of order
